Vyan Venkatesh

Vyan Venkatesh is a Law Clerk who assists with a broad range of legal matters, with a particular focus on corporate law, regulatory compliance, due diligence, employment, and commercial real estate matters. He supports lawyers and clients with corporate governance, corporate records maintenance, organizational and transactional matters, and legal research.

Vyan earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Carleton University, where he majored in Business Law and minored in Political Science. He later completed Seneca College’s Paralegal program in 2022. He has also obtained certifications in Westlaw UK Basic Research, Westlaw UK Advanced Research, and Westlaw International Materials Research, strengthening his legal research capabilities across multiple jurisdictions.

Vyan began his legal career in 2019 and has developed a diverse legal background through both his academic training and professional experience. With more than seven years of experience in the legal profession, he has worked with several leading Canadian law firms, providing support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.

Before pursuing a legal career, Vyan proudly served in the Canadian Armed Forces, where he specialized in peacekeeping, airborne, and mountain operations. His military service instilled the discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence that continue to define his approach to legal practice.

Outside of the office, Vyan has an accomplished athletic background. He competed at the semi-professional level in both track and field and football and has earned numerous gold medals in the 400-metre event. His competitive athletic career reflects the same determination and dedication that he brings to his work with clients and colleagues.
